We offer free standard delivery on all orders of AED 1.00 and above. Please note, this free standard delivery charge is only applicable to the final basket amount. If you would like to return your order, our returns policy gives you a 14-day window in which to send your item back free of charge, for a full refund. We aim to deliver most items within 1-5 working days, though this may take longer for remote or island locations. Direct delivery is by our approved suppliers. Dubai & Northern Emirates – delivery within 1 to 3 business days Abu Dhabi – delivery within 2 to 5 business days All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. On rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published time windows. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote areas. Please note, we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
